Back"Iroy," a Tragedy play of Communication (Comm) 3A and "Ang Lihim ni Clarita," a Tragedy play from Comm 3C, secured the Best Short and Sweet Play award on November 19 at the Theatre Room, Smith Hall Building.
The Short and Sweet Play is part of the partial requirement for the midterm component of 3rd year course, Communication Elective 1 (COMM ELEC 1).
"Iroy," of Comm 3A, follows the mystery story of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) mother who comes home after nine long years to her children, while "Ang Lihim ni Clarita," of Comm 3C, ventures into a longing mother who used black magic to revive her child.
Meanwhile, Jhomar Cayabyab (Director of "Iroy") and Conrad Simon (Director of "Ang Huling Ani") were hailed as the Best Directors.
