BackThe College of Arts and Social Sciences Student Council (CASS-SC) hosted this year's College Day Inter-Organization competition, joined by different departments of CASS, on October 18 at the Tarlac State University Lucinda Campus Student Center.
Fueled by determination to recapture the title, the TSU-Communicators' Guild (CG) participants showed competitiveness and sportsmanship while embracing the theme, "Balintataw: Isang Sulyap, Isang Diwa, Tunay na Pagkakaisa."
Completing the podium, the Linguistic Society of English Language and Studies took 2nd place, followed by Auxillium Sodality of Human Service and TSU Psychological Society of Psychology, which landed in 3rd and 4th places, respectively.
The games, which included Banner Competition, Yell Competition, Spider Web Game, Ball Catching, Caterpillar, Bato-Bato Pik, and Hanapin mo kauri mo, immediately energized all the participants to bring their A-game.
Ms. Alexa Wendy Manialong, the vice president of external affairs and one of the participants of Comm Guild, expressed how they were able to bring back the winning strategy.
"Ano, ginamit namin yung strengths ng isa’t isa, naniwala kami sa kakayahan na meron kami, and inenjoy lang namin s'ya," Ms. Alexa shared.
The Guild's victory is a reflection of how unity, trust, and stepping up change the narrative to overcome doubts in achieving the truest path of success.
