Prof. Luis of the Communication Department Leads Seminar on Anti-Sexual Harassment and Safe Spaces Act

In a proactive initiative to promote safe and respectful environments, the Central Luzon Doctor’s Hospital Educational Institution, Inc. (CLDHEI) conducted a seminar on the Anti-Sexual Harassment and Safe Spaces Act, commonly known as the “Bawal ang Bastos Law,” on March 25, 2024, at the CLDHEI Gymnasium.

The seminar featured a lecture by Prof. Winifredo L. Luis, who provided comprehensive discussion on the key provisions of the Anti-Sexual Harassment and Safe Spaces Act. He emphasized the importance of understanding and properly implementing the law’s mandates to safeguard individuals, particularly within educational institutions and workplaces.

During the session, Prof. Luis highlighted how awareness and compliance with the law contribute to the prevention of sexual harassment and the creation of secure spaces for everyone.
