TSU's Punla represents Region III in the national stage of DAR's PelikulAgraryo 2025

Tarlac State University’s Department of Communication represents Region III with its film “Punla” (ARB Category) in the PelikulAgraryo: Department of Agrarian Reform Central Film Festival 2025, happening today, October 6, 2025, at Novotel Manila, Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City.

The official delegation is composed of Clarise Ann Dacanay (Director), Jael Tabanao (Production Head), and Lee Olidar (Editor), together with faculty members Asst. Prof. Maria Fermina Joyce C. Nucum and Mr. Derich D. Bognot from the Department of Communication.

They are also accompanied by officers from DAR Tarlac and key officials from the Department of Agrarian Reform Central Office.

The awarding ceremony gathers the winning student filmmakers from 15 regions across the Philippines, each representing their respective universities and regional offices in showcasing inspiring stories of agrarian reform beneficiaries.
