The event was hosted by Mr. Dale Calvin Castañeda and Mr. Gray Tecson and gathered student participants from Tarlac State University (TSU) and Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU).
Dr. Agnes M. Macaraeg, the TSU Vice President of Academic Affairs, expressed her gratitude to DAR for trusting the capabilities and talents of students from both universities.
Garland Leila Cuarteros, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer, delivered an inspiring message that highlighted the role of the youth in shaping the future of agrarian reform.
The forum was divided into three key segments. Mr. Gerald Fontanoza spearheaded these segments and discussed DAR’s Project SPLIT (Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling), encouraged youth involvement in DAR initiatives, and introduced PelikulAgraryo 2025—an upcoming event where the student attendees are set to take part.
The program concluded with an open forum where students shared their experiences and concerns, fostering a deeper understanding of agrarian reform and its connection to youth empowerment.
