PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Three to five year after graduation, graduates of Bachelor of Arts in Communication will demonstrate:

a.    Professional Advancement and Leadership Skills

Graduates will excel in their chosen media and communication fields, such as Digital Media, Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Affairs, Advertising, and Promotions. They will take on roles with increasing leadership traits and qualities, demonstrating professional growth, innovation, and adaptability in an evolving global media landscape.

b.    Cultural and Global Competency

Graduate will exhibit a profound understanding of diverse cultural, social and professional contexts. They will adeptly mediate transformation within these systems by employing communication strategies that embrace inclusivity, respect for global perspectives, and responsiveness to contemporary challenges.

c.    Mastery of Communication Technologies and Methods

Graduates will demonstrate superior proficiency in producing and delivering communication in oral, written, virtual, and mediated forms. They will employ advanced technologies and innovate methods to effectively address complex challenges, ensuring impactful messaging across diverse platforms.

d.    Community Engagement and Collaboration

Graduates will build and sustain strong collaborative relationships within their professional sectors and local communities. Through strategic communication, they will promote meaningful connections, contribute to community empowerment, and actively participate in global development initiatives.
