Tackling vital and technical aspects of Public Speaking, the group underscored various tips, and presented the topic into five sections.

Group 4 member Ms. Shella Barbie Complido exclaimed that planning your speech plays an essential role to your confidence, sharing general tips on speech preparation.

"Confidence from Public Speaking doesn't come from confidence alone—preparation and practice is also needed...Kapag pinlano mo ang speech mo, alam mo kung sino ang audience mo, and much easier to decide what information to put into your speech," said Ms. Complido.

Additionally, Guest Speaker and TSU Alumna Ms. Nicole Garcia shared her experience on Public Speaking, emphasizing the willingness in preparing for a speech–mentally, spiritually, physically.

"If you have the willingness na alisin ang worryness sa isip mo, eventually, magagawa mo sya—step by the step—tatanggalin natin 'yan paunti-unti," said Ms. Garcia.

Ms. Garcia also presented that gaslighting oneself is essential in coping fear while quoting "Kaya ako nandito kasi sabi nila magaling ako; Kaya ako dinala rito kasi perfect ako; Tama ako para sa seminar na 'to," which are phrases to use when self-doubt is felt.

Moreover, other members emphasized that Public Speaking is a skill that you cannot achieve overnight, giving notice to insightful pointers such as taking breaths in between speeches, using simple words when delivering a speech, and using direct eye contact to project confidence.

Meanwhile, when asked about how to properly organize thoughts and ideas, Ms. Garcia pointed that taking notes is a helpful tool for public speakers.

"Magsulat ka. Isulat mo 'yung thoughts mo kahit hindi pa magkakasunod 'yan, tapos once nasulat mo, tignan mo kung ano ang pwedeng magamit d'yan," she stated.

Ms. Garcia left a reminder to not lose yourself in the process of public speaking whether sudden changes occur, highlighting that the one you can only rely on is yourself.

The event concluded with a closing remarks delivered by Group 4, consisting of Julia Usi, Shella Barbie Complido, Jerald Quizon, Rafael Torre, and Ashley Jade Samson, followed by distribution of certificates, and foods.
