Titled “Think Fast, Type Smart: Freedom, Responsibility, and Mindful Posting Online,” the event focused on how digital behavior influences personal identity, online interactions, and real-world consequences. The seminar aimed to encourage participants to reflect on their online activities and practice responsible posting.

The program was hosted by Ms. Nicole Rosete and Mr. Vincent Bacani, who guided attendees through discussions and interactive segments. Presenters Jeyme Gacusan, Regine Cotacte, Ericka Prado, Arjae Dianito, and Jose Antonio shared insights on the impact of social media engagement, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking before posting content online.

A key highlight of the event was the talk of guest licensed psychometrician Ms. Nicole Maniti, who discussed the psychological effects of online behavior and how digital actions can shape one’s identity and influence others.

Participants were encouraged to be more mindful of their digital presence, considering the potential consequences of each post, comment, and interaction. The seminar also underscored the role of responsible communication in fostering a more informed and respectful online community.

Organizers described the event as an opportunity for students to develop awareness and accountability in their social media use. Through discussions and reflections, attendees were urged to think critically, engage responsibly, and contribute positively in digital spaces.
