BackOrganized by Lois Quinocho, August Miguel, Nizza Yturralde, Marianne Luzano, and Jasfer Sicat, the seminar focused on introducing students to the fundamentals of voice-over performance.
The event featured Ms. Christine Joy Ferrer, also known as DJ Marie Tessa, Production Supervisor at Love Radio Tarlac, as the resource speaker. During the seminar, Ferrer discussed topics such as voice control, script interpretation, recording techniques, and proper voice delivery for media production.
Ferrer also shared her experiences as a radio DJ and voice-over artist, providing examples from her work in radio advertisements, TV commercials, and audio-visual presentations. Students were also given tips on how to improve voice projection and delivery when performing voice-over scripts.
The seminar aimed to provide students with practical knowledge and a better understanding of voice-over performance and its role in media and broadcasting.
