arlac State University Department of Communication in collaboration with the TSU Communicators’ Guild hosted an extension activity for Jose V. Yap National High School grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) students to introduce opportunities in taking the communication program held at the Theater Room, Smith Hall Building on December 4, 2024.

In honor of Indigenous Peoples (IP) Month 2024, TSU Project Aytalakad Ing Lahi held AYTALIGSAHAN: Malikhaing Paligsahan ng Ayta Mag-Anchi para sa Pagpapanatili ng Kultura on October 31 in Sitio Manabayukan, Capas, Tarlac.

Out of 19 competing universities across the country, the Tarlac State University (TSU) Department of Communication secured a spot among the Top 5 finalists and emerged as 4th Runner-Up in the 3rd EdukCircle Vlogging Competition for Communication Students, held on October 26, 2024, via Zoom.

Tarlac State University (TSU) Communication student Heleina Anjela Quesada placed 3rd Overall in the Final Round of the Indonesia Tarbiyah Fantastic Moment 2024: International Storytelling Competition held on October 17, 2024, via Zoom.

A documentary produced by students from the Tarlac State University (TSU) Department of Communication has been recognized as a Finalist for Best Student TV Production in the 46th Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA).

Communicators’ Guild led the General Orientation for the Communication Department of the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS), titled “RIDE TO GREATER HEIGHTS: Isang PARA tungo sa larangan at mundo ng midya,” held this September 11 at the TSU - Gymnasium.  

The Communication Department, together with the TSU Communicators’ Guild organized the 1st ComResCon: Undergraduate Research Conference in Communication Studies and Media Literacy on June 24, 2024, at the Theatre Room, Smith Hall Building.
