On February 20–21, 2024, the Department of Education – Tarlac City Schools Division launched the first phase of the 2024 School Heads INSET Program at Tarlac City Hall, designed to enhance the leadership proficiency of school heads across the division.

In line with the celebration of ASEAN Week, the Tarlac State University (TSU) Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL), in collaboration with the College of Public Administration and Governance and the School of Law, hosted an ASEAN Debate on ASEAN Issues on September 28, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the CASS Theater Room, TSU Main Campus.

Tarlac State University (TSU) student-artists showcased their talent and creativity after winning multiple awards during Day 1 of the CAASUC III Culture and the Arts Festival 2022, held on November 21, 2022, at the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) Radio Studio and Theater Room.
